Terms and Conditions
- Applicants must be HDB residents of Marsiling-Yew Tee GRC.
- All bookings are on a first-come-first-served basis.
- For residents booking facilities under categories (A) and (B):
- Must be 21 years & above.
- Allowed for 150 days advance booking.
- Must sign letter of undertaking.
NOTES
- For Use of Common Spaces and Facilities, HDB residents have to apply for the relevant permits from the Town Council.
- HDB residents have to apply with relevant authorities, agencies or organisations for additional permits such as music licensing, etc.
- All rates above, subjected to prevailing GST, are applicable to our HDB residents only.
- Additional requirements may be charged separately at the discretion of the Town Council, as advice upon booking
- Refundable Deposit of $100/- will be transferred to S&CC account by default wef 1 Mar 2024
